【募集ポジションについて】

日本市場におけるAI搭載の法務・規制対応ソリューションの導入を推進するため、法務およびコンプライアンス領域に強みを持つプリセールスコンサルタントを募集します。本ポジションは営業チームと密接に連携し、法律事務所や企業の法務／コンプライアンス部門と対話し、複雑な規制・業務課題を理解した上で、当社ソリューションをリスク低減、ガバナンス強化、生産性向上のための重要なツールとして提案します。
 

【主な業務内容】

・営業と協働し、法務

・コンプライアンス領域でのパイプライン拡大と案件成約を推進
・法務・コンプライアンスのユースケースに合わせた製品デモの実施（例：法律調査、規制トラッキング、契約レビュー、リスク分析）
・企業の法務、コンプライアンス、リスク部門のステークホルダーと対話し、業務フローや課題を把握 ・規制要件やビジネス要件をソリューション提案に落とし込む
・RFP/RFI対応（コンプライアンス関連要件を含む）

・規制業界におけるリーガルテック／AI導入の信頼できるアドバイザーとして活動

・プロダクトチームや地域チームと連携し、日本市場向けユースケースをローカライズ

・市場動向、規制の変化、顧客ニーズに関するフィードバックを提供
 

【応募要件】

・プリセールス、コンサルティング、ソリューション関連職での3〜7年の経験

・法務、コンプライアンス、リスク、規制関連領域での経験

・複雑な法務／コンプライアンス概念を分かりやすく伝える能力

・経営層（法務部長、コンプライアンス責任者など）へのプレゼン経験 ・製品機能を規制

・リスクの成果に結びつけて説明できる能力

・日本語ネイティブレベル、英語ビジネスレベル

・企業法務の業務フローやコンプライアンスフレームワークの理解

・規制要件やリスク管理の実務知識

・法務／コンプライアンス領域におけるAI

・生成AIの基本的理解

About the role

We are looking for a Pre-Sales Consultant with strong expertise in both legal and compliance domains to drive the adoption of our AI-powered legal and regulatory solutions in Japan.

This role partners closely with Sales to engage with law firms and corporate legal/compliance teams, understand complex regulatory and operational challenges, and position our solutions as critical tools for risk mitigation, governance, and productivity enhancement.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales to drive pipeline growth and deal conversion in legal and compliance segments

• Deliver compelling product demonstrations tailored to legal and compliance use cases (e.g., legal research, regulatory tracking, contract review, risk analysis)

• Engage with corporate legal, compliance, and risk stakeholders to understand workflows and pain points

• Translate regulatory and business requirements into solution-driven proposals

• Support RFP/RFI responses, including compliance-related requirements

• Act as a trusted advisor on legal tech and AI adoption in regulated environments

• Collaborate with Product and regional teams to localize use cases for the Japan market

• Provide structured feedback on market trends, regulatory changes, and client needs

Requirements

• 3-7 years in pre-sales, consulting, or solution roles

• Experience in legal, compliance, risk, or regulatory environments

• Strong ability to communicate complex legal/compliance concepts clearly

• Experience presenting to senior stakeholders (GC, Head of Compliance, etc.)

• Ability to link product capabilities to regulatory and risk outcomes

• Native-level Japanese and business-level English

• Understanding of corporate legal workflows and compliance frameworks

• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and risk management practices

• Basic understanding of AI / generative AI use cases in legal/compliance
