- Manage initial allocations and in‑season replenishment from the Distribution Center, including pre‑allocations and alternative receipt methods, in alignment with overall inventory and sales strategies.
- Monitor, analyze, and interpret inventory positions to ensure alignment with approved sales plans, including ongoing tracking of program sales performance and inventory ratios.
- Identify and execute business opportunities by forecasting sales trends, analyzing market dynamics, and delivering strategic, data‑driven recommendations.
- Own the development, maintenance, and enhancement of key financial reporting tools, providing both standard and ad‑hoc analyses to support informed decision‑making and drive business results.
- Design and maintain reporting templates and analytical tools to support business analytics; lead weekly reporting and data validation within established SLAs; prepare, consolidate, and present monthly reports and executive‑ready materials, ensuring the integrity and accuracy of all financial data, including variance identification and explanation.
- Serve as a functional planning representative on cross‑functional project teams as assigned, supporting on‑time project delivery through clear communication of action items and status updates; prepare for and actively participate in Merchandise Review meetings.
- Four year college degree or equivalent required
- 2-3 years proven experience with data analysis
- Previous experience with merchandise and planning systems.
- Expert knowledge of Excel is required.
