理賠人員 (Analyst - Claims Service)

我們的員工福利與健康部門正在招募理賠專家，以協助企業客戶的員工進行保險理賠申請時的各種面向，包含了解投保項目、請領資格、準備申請文件、回應照會、解讀理賠明細、以及爭議案件的申請，並秉持保險經紀人的精神，以要保人及被保險人的最佳利益給予客戶建議。因此，這個職務需要具備的能力包含：

1. 解讀保險條款，尤其是壽險、傷害險、醫療險以及旅行平安險
2. 熟悉保險法規，例如示範條款以及對於理賠作業的相關規定
3. 富於同理心，能夠理解被保險人的困境並提供協助
4. 了解要保人在員工福利方面的策略
5. 善於多方溝通，能與公司間不同執掌的工作夥伴進行討論並調整工作方式
