Estamos buscando una persona talentosa para unirse a nuestro equipo de Claims Advisory en Marsh McLennan. Este puesto será bajo un modelo híbrido de trabajo con 3 días a la semana en la oficina y 2 días desde casa, con horario de 8:00 a 17:00 horas.
Esta posición se enfoca en la asesoría de reclamos, gestionando una cartera de clientes que incluye clientes por rotación y VIP. El rol implica la gestión integral de reclamaciones ante aseguradoras, revisión de pólizas y deducibles, coordinación con ajustadores, negociación para lograr indemnizaciones futuras, visitas y acompañamiento a clientes, así como la elaboración de reportes. El enfoque principal es en riesgos generales, incluyendo pólizas de incendio, maquinaria y todo riesgo en general.
