We're looking for an organized, client-focused ACE candidate to join our Risk Management (large corporate segment) team in Stockholm and support Client Executives, brokers, clients and internal partners across the client lifecycle.

In the role as an ACE, you'll work closely with the Client Executive (CE) and brokers to deliver excellent client service, manage renewals and documentation, and drive smooth execution. This is a hands-on role with wide exposure to clients, carriers and the Marsh organization, across all LOB's and service deliveries. You'll be a key point of contact for clients and an enabler for the client team together with the CE.

What can you expect?

  • Support the CE and brokers in day-to-day client management: attend and prepare for client meetings, follow up on actions, and help deliver presentations and reports.
  • Coordinate and manage renewals and insurance placement processes for clients within the Risk Management segment, working with Placement Brokers and market contacts.
  • Maintain and update client records and policy documentation in the client portal and internal systems and tools; ensure all insurance documentation is controlled and delivered to clients.
  • Monitor and update risk information, coverage summaries and claims/incident logs, support risk information updates and client communications.
  • Work closely with our local colleagues within Operations and our hub, EBSC, in Warsaw to ensure operational excellence, as well as internal platforms (policy tracking, renewal trackers, customer portals) and follow standardized operating processes.
  • Support with invoicing, ensuring premium confirmations and invoices are received, issued and processed in line with procedures.
  • Help identify client needs and cross-sell opportunities; support sales activities such as onboarding and help prepare contract drafts and proposals.
  • Assist with client-facing communications and internal coordination with CE, Placement, Sales, EBSC and BCS teams.
  • Maintain high quality control of data and documentation and contribute to process improvements.

What you need to have:

  • 2+ years' experience in insurance, client service, account management, or related roles (P&C and broking experience is an advantage).
  • Structured, proactive and service-oriented with strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with clients, brokers and internal teams.
  • Comfortable handling multiple priorities and tight deadlines.
  • Good analytical skills and ability to prepare clear client reports and presentations.
  • Strong IT skills - confident with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and willingness to learn internal platforms (EBSC, client portals).
  • Fluent in English and Swedish, both written and spoken.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.
  • IDD licence is required but possible to obtain in the role

What is in it for you?

  • A client facing role in a global, market-leading firm with strong local expertise.
  • Broad exposure to key clients across industries, markets, and our wider organization.
  • A supportive, collaborative and international working culture.
  • Competitive salary and benefits, including pension and health/wellbeing programs.
  • Flexible/hybrid working - Marsh supports a hybrid 3/2 model with regular team presence in the office.
