Estamos buscando a una persona talentosa para unirse a nuestro equipo de Marsh. Este puesto estará basado en Monterrey, Nvo León un esquema Onsite requiere trabajar toda la semana en la oficina, con un horario de 6:00 am a 3:00 pm

Especialista de Operación y servicio

Contaremos contigo para:

• Atención a cliente

• Ingreso de trámites de gastos médicos mayores

• Análisis de documentación recibida

• Uso de portales de distintas aseguradoras

• Registro de actividades en tiempo real en plataformas de marsh

• Contacto con equipo de RH con el cliente

Lo que necesitas tener:

• Licenciatura trunca o concluida de áreas administrativas

• 2 años de experiencia mínimo en seguros de preferencia en Beneficios

• Excel: Tablas dinámicas y cruce de base de datos

• Conocimiento en temas de seguros de GMM, Vida ect.

• Manejo de clientes complejos
