We are seeking a talented individual to join our Marketing & Communications team in Tokyo, Japan. This is a role that has hybrid working requirement of working in the office at least three days in a week.

• 戦略的な目標に沿って、日本市場における顧客に響くマーケティングおよびコミュニケーションを実行します。
• ステークホルダーエンゲージメント、コンテンツ開発、チャネルマーケティングの専門知識を活用し、ビジネスの成長を支援します。社内チームや外部パートナーとの協力関係を築き、日本における組織のブランドプレゼンスを高めます。

We will count on you to / 主な業務内容：

• 需要創出とブランドの関連性向上を目的とした戦略的なマーケティングおよびコミュニケーション計画の策定・実行。
• 複数のチャネルを活用したマーケティングキャンペーンの企画・運営をサポート。測定可能な成果を確保する。
• 記事、動画、プレスリリース、SNS投稿などのコンテンツを作成し、社内外のメディアパートナーと連携する。
• 競合分析や市場分析を活用し、マーケティング戦略やキャンペーンの最適化をサポートする。
• キャンペーンのライフサイクル全体を通じてステークホルダーと継続的に関わり、リアルタイムの分析やフォローアップを行い、最大の効果を追求する。

What you need to have / 求める経験スキル：

• B2Bマーケティングの実務経験数年以上
• マーケティング、コミュニケーション、ジャーナリズム、ビジネス・コマースいずれかの学位
• 優れたステークホルダーエンゲージメント能力と、関係者と良好な関係を築くスキル
• プロジェクト管理やコンテンツ作成におけるセルフマネジメント・時間管理能力。
• デジタルマーケティング、分析ツール、CRMシステム、Microsoft Office（PowerPoint、Word、Excel）の操作スキル。
• AIツールや各種マーケティングプラットフォーム（Zoom、SNSなど）の活用経験。
