We are looking for a talented individual to join our Kyushu Value Center as Consulting Support Staff, Service Operations Planning & Delivery. This is a role that has hybrid working requirement of working in the office at least three days a week.

マーサージャパン　九州バリューセンター（KVC）は、コンサルティングプロジェクトをサポートする組織として発足しました。KVCに所属するスタッフはコンサルタントと連携しながら、当社のクライアント向けサービスの高度化へ直接的・間接的に携わります。

We will count on you to/ 期待する役割:

• マネージャーの指示のもと、コンサルタント向けプロジェクト支援サービスの依頼受付から成果物作成・納品までを主担当として推進いただきます。新規サービスに対してはオペレーションプロセスの設計や改善を担当いただくこともあり、その場合は作業マニュアルやチェックリストの作成・更新を行っていただきます。
• 主な連携先は社内のコンサルタントやソリューション開発部署であり、東京本社所属の社員とオンラインで会議をすることが多いです。なお、ご経験・ご意向に応じて、限定的な範囲で社外クライアントと直接接点を持つことも可能となる予定です。
• 【ご参考情報】従事いただくサービスは、情報の集約・可視化やAIを活用した業務効率化を重視して設計されたものであり、例として社内の各部署が発信する情報の集約とExcel一覧化や、AIやマクロ機能などを使ったプロジェクト提案書に対するガイドラインとの整合チェック、AIを使った企業動向のサマリー資料作成が挙げられます。

What you need to have / 必須条件:

• ビジネス文書の作成経験および、PPT、Excel、Word、Outlookの基本操作スキル。
• ビジネスレベルの日本語能力と、英語の読み書きが可能で、一定の英語コミュニケーションに抵抗がないこと。
• チームでの役割分担やコミュニケーションを通じた共同作業で成果を発揮した経験があること。
• 大学卒業以上の学歴を有すること。
