Our US recruiting team is looking for a bright, enthusiastic, well-spoken, poised, and collegial professional with a passion for organization, efficiency and high-quality results. The Recruiting team interacts with colleagues across the firm who depend on us for best practices, guidance, and leadership; the Coordinator function is a critical role at NERA. The Coordinator can be based in our New York City (preferred) or White Plains, NY office, with a willingness to travel between offices when necessary.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Assist with coordination of campus, virtual, and Ph.D. recruiting activities
Interface regularly with NERA professionals and candidates
Screen potential candidates and extend verbal offers, where appropriate
Manage scheduling and logistics for virtual and in-person candidate interviews
Compile interview feedback and generate related reports
Draft offer letters (templates) and supporting offer documents
Post and manage job descriptions at schools and on job boards
Manage candidate materials and create related files
Track and report on candidates' status within the Workday applicant system
Assist with maintaining recruiting analysis and metrics
Manage the Recruiting team email inbox and related correspondences
Process candidate expense reports and department invoices
Occasionally represent NERA at campus events, as needed
WHO YOU ARE
Collegial, proactive, results-oriented with keen attention to detail, and eager to add value
1-2 years' experience within a Recruiting or Human Resources team at a professional services, consulting, or financial services firm
Excellent communications skills (oral and written)
Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and complete tasks
High proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
Experience with ATS / HRIS; Workday and/or Handshake is preferred
Undergraduate degree in Business, Human Resources, or related studies, from a well-regarded college/university

The applicable base salary for this role is $75,000 - $85,000 per year and bonus eligible.
The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, and education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
