Property Valuation Consultant

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Marsh Valuation Services team at Marsh Risk. This role will be based in Manilla. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

In order to support the ongoing growth of Marsh Valuation Services throughout Asia, we are seeking an experienced qualified Property Valuer to join our Asian team, based in Manilla. We are specialists in valuations of property, infrastructure, plant and equipment assets throughout the Asia Region with a focus on insurance and financial reporting valuations. The role will see you become a vital member of the valuations team supporting in identifying opportunities, managing client relationships whilst undertaking valuations.

This role would suit a driven, growth focused individual with experience in undertaking valuations across a range of industries and strong client relationships, looking for an opportunity to grow a business with the support of a major global organization.

We will count on you to:

• Assist in the growth of the valuations team and servicing existing clients
• Support business development initiatives and support attracting new clients leveraging your experience and capabilities
• Apply your advanced knowledge to undertake valuations of varying types of assets for differing purposes
• Work across multiple projects to meet deadlines while managing your time effectively
• Manage projects and client relationships
• The ability to travel internationally for key client commitments.
• Provide expert advice to clients in developing and adjusting project approaches, methodology, and tools to guide valuation programs and initiatives.
• Develop and execute strategies to expand successful business/working relationships with clients to grow the portfolio.
• Lead both small, complex and unique projects and teams
• Work as part of a team in a fast paced and dynamic environment

What you need to have:

Forming a key part of the team, we are seeking an individual that is driven to support the growth of our business whilst growing professionally. You will be client focused, motivated and have problem solving skills you can apply to support both new and future clients.

• Relevant valuation qualification and registration - Institute of Philippine Real Estate Appraisers (IPREA), Philippine Association of Realty Appraisers Inc. (PARA)
• SEC-accredited property appraiser.
• 5 years'+ experience in performing valuations.
• Experience with financial reporting and insurance valuations looked upon favorably.
• Experience in 'front to end' project management ideally including client management and/or business development
• Ability to be self-motivated, dynamic and flexible
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• Availability to travel internationally
• Ability to work both individually and as part of a team
