Marsh is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Program Manager - Business Transformation Support. This role will be based in Warsaw, Poland, and will be a hybrid role, combining work from home and the office.
As a Regional Program Manager supporting our business transformation initiatives, you will play a pivotal role in managing and coordinating complex, multi-country projects focused on driving strategic business transformation and delivering measurable business outcomes. This is a matrix position reporting directly to the Global Transformation Office Leader, with a dotted line to local senior stakeholders, ensuring alignment across regions and functions. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with colleagues across regions to influence and share best practices in business transformation.
