We are seeking an energetic and talented sales leader to manage our Witham sales team within the Enterprise division of Marsh Commercial. This is a full-time, office-based role located at our Witham office.
Witham is a fast-paced, growth environment for new talent as it welcomes several apprentice cohorts annually. This is an exciting opportunity to help build the new business element and provide coaching and support for the new intake of Sales Advisers. Witham forms part of the Enterprise regional network of offices that focuses on providing SMEs with access to world-class risk and insurance advice. Our Witham team has expanded rapidly since its formation, and we are committed to growing the team by recruiting more talent as the business goes from strength to strength.
The ideal candidate will bring a vibrant, positive attitude, with a proven history in a sales environment, with a commitment to delivering operational excellence while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
This pivotal role is ideal for a hand-on, can do individual, who is able to think on their feet and problem solve, knowing where to deploy resource to yield the greatest return.
