Senior Analyst - Access Management

We are hiring a Senior Analyst - Access Management based on one of our global Tech hubs in Cluj. The Senior Analyst - Access Management is a hybrid individual contributor role responsible for the professional, timely and accurate processing of access requests and related incidents for Marsh's colleagues, contractors and vendors.

We will count on you to:

  • Own end‑to‑end processing of GLAM incidents and requests- triage, validate, fulfill or escalate and meet daily, monthly and quarterly ticket resolution targets.

  • Execute Active Directory and security permission changes across multiple domains, provision/deprovision accounts, maintain group memberships and implement least‑privilege controls.

  • Work closely with application owners, platform, networking and other resolver teams to identify root causes, reduce reassignments and resolve interdependent incidents quickly.

  • Maintain SOX/FSA‑compliant processes and documentation for all access actions; use ServiceNow to capture approvals, evidence and audit trails.

  • Maintain high quality, accurate notes and consistent use of standards; achieve minimum acceptable levels in ticket quality reviews and participate in QA exercises.

  • Respond to colleague enquiries with appropriate urgency, explain access processes and guide users on least‑privilege approaches.

What you need to have:

  • Minimum 2+ years' experience in Access Management or a technology support role in a large global organisation.

  • Extensive hands‑on experience with Active Directory and security permission/group management.

  • Proficient use of ServiceNow for logging, tracking and evidencing incidents, requests and approvals.

  • Proven ability to work under pressure with high accuracy and a strong focus on colleague satisfaction.

  • Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and proactive follow‑up on incidents and requests.

  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills and comfort liaising at all levels across Marsh Tech and business stakeholders.

  • Ability to work autonomously with limited supervision and adapt quickly to changing business demands.

What makes you stand out:

  • Experience with Identity & Access Management (IAM) tooling (e.g., Azure AD, Okta, SailPoint, CyberArk) or automation of provisioning workflows.

  • Familiarity with role‑based access control models, entitlement reviews and periodic access certification processes.

  • Experience improving queue performance metrics, reducing mean time to resolution and driving down reassignment rates.

  • ITIL incident/change/process experience and prior exposure to high‑volume service desk operations.

  • Multilingual ability or experience operating across multiple global regions.

Why join our team:

  • We help you be your best through professional development opportunities, interesting work, and supportive leaders

  • We foster a vibrant and inclusive culture where you can work with talented colleagues to create new solutions and have an impact for colleagues, clients, and communities
