We are seeking a talented individual to join our Systems Administration team at Marsh. This role will be based in Mexico City - Paseo. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
As a Senior Analyst - Systems Administration, you will focus on implementing and supporting core technical services and applications managed by the MMC Tech Domain 1. You will contribute to NERA and Actuarial projects, participate in broader OWG and Marsh initiatives, and be responsible for problem-solving, knowledge creation, and developing repeatable processes. You will serve as the escalation point for non-standard issues and incidents and support Help Desk and local support teams as needed.
