What can you expect:
Marsh is seeking a Specialist - Claims Advisory to join our Dublin Claims team, a key role within our broader insurance advisory services. This position offers the opportunity to work across a diverse range of insurance lines including Marine, Employers' Liability (EL), and Public Liability (PL), managing claims for large multinational corporate clients. You will play a vital role in delivering expert claims handling and advocacy, ensuring timely and fair outcomes that add significant value to our clients and support Marsh's reputation as a leading global risk adviser.
In this role, you will manage a portfolio of claims from initial notification through to settlement, working closely with clients, insurers, and internal teams. You will be responsible for developing claim strategies, coordinating with external partners such as loss adjusters and legal advisors, and advocating for clients to achieve appropriate outcomes within policy terms. You will also support complex claims and disputes, ensuring clear documentation and escalation where necessary.
