We are seeking a talented individual to join our North America Payroll team at Marsh. This role will be based in Louisville and offers a hybrid work arrangement, requiring a minimum of three days per week in the office.
As a Senior Payroll Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy, compliance, and efficiency of our payroll operations - serving as a go-to Subject Matter Expert across complex, high-impact functions. You'll leverage cutting-edge HRMS platforms and third-party vendors to deliver seamless end-to-end payroll processing while upholding federal, state, and local regulatory standards. Beyond the day-to-day, you'll lead special projects, drive continuous process improvement through evolving SOPs, and use data-driven insights to consistently meet or exceed Service Level Agreements.
