We are seeking a talented individual to join our team at Marsh McLennan. This role will be based in Bogotá. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
As an Trilingual Account Representative, you will enhance the client experience by proactively managing the administration of a book of accounts and ensuring a successful renewal process in collaboration with your Client Service Team (CST). You will provide support to Client Executives, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction by reviewing insurance contracts and responding to client inquiries. You will strengthen and maintain relationships with clients and client teams, driving growth and retention through exceptional service.
