Job Description

This role is accountable for leading end-to-end HCP strategy and activation for the Pediatric portfolio, ensuring best-in-class execution that drives HCP engagement, behavior change, and product adoption.

The Product Manager acts as the single point of ownership for HCP marketing, shaping strategy, orchestrating execution, and delivering measurable business impact. Success in this role requires the ability to translate insights into sharp strategies, execute with precision, and build exceptional KOL partnerships that strengthen scientific leadership and accelerate growth.

The role demands strong cross-functional and regional collaboration, contributing to a One VACC mindset, as well as an entrepreneurial approach to challenge the status quo and unlock new growth opportunities-while ensuring full compliance with company standards and local regulations.

PRIMARY ACTIVITIES

1. HCP Strategy Ownership & Business Impact

  • Own and lead integrated HCP strategy for Pediatric portfolio, aligned with brand and business objectives

  • Ensure all HCP strategies and activations are insight-driven, targeted, and effective in driving behavior change and adoption

  • Translate market, customer, and epidemiology insights into clear strategic priorities and action plans

  • Identify and unlock new growth opportunities across segments, channels, and customer archetypes

2. HCP Activation Excellence (From Strategy to Execution)

  • Lead development and execution of integrated omnichannel HCP engagement plans (field, digital, congresses, peer platforms)

  • Ensure high quality, impactful, and differentiated activations that resonate with HCP needs

  • Drive continuous optimization of HCP customer journey and experience across all touchpoints

  • Ensure alignment and consistency across channels, messages, and execution

3. New Launch Excellence & Portfolio Growth

  • Lead end-to-end launch readiness including market shaping, segmentation, targeting, positioning, and go-to-market strategy

  • Drive execution across pre-launch, launch, and post-launch phases to maximize uptake and adoption

  • Partner with regional and global teams to adapt global strategies into local market realities

  • Monitor performance closely and drive agile adjustments to optimize launch success

4. KOL Strategy & Partnership Excellence

  • Define and execute KOL engagement strategy aligned with brand and portfolio priorities

  • Build strong, trust-based, long-term partnerships with key KOLs in Pediatric and relevant specialties

  • Drive high-quality scientific engagement platforms (advisory boards, symposia, peer exchange)

  • Leverage KOL insights to continuously refine strategy and enhance market leadership

5. Cross-Functional, Field & Regional Leadership (One VACC Spirit)

  • Act as a central integrator, aligning Marketing, Medical, Sales, Market Access, and Customer teams around a common HCP strategy

  • Partner closely with field teams to ensure effective translation of strategy into execution

  • Collaborate with regional/global teams to ensure alignment, leverage best practices, and drive excellence

  • Foster a One VACC culture, prioritizing shared goals, transparency, and collective success

6. Entrepreneurship & Innovation (Within Compliance)

  • Proactively challenge the status quo and identify innovative ways to enhance HCP engagement and drive growth

  • Explore and scale new engagement models, channels, and approaches

  • Balance ambition with discipline, ensuring all initiatives comply with company policies and external regulations

7. Performance, Analytics & Continuous Improvement

  • Define KPIs across HCP engagement, adoption, and business performance

  • Monitor performance and leverage data to optimize strategies and resource allocation

  • Provide clear, actionable insights to leadership and cross-functional stakeholders

  • Drive a culture of continuous learning, test-and-learn, and ongoing improvement

8. Compliance & Governance Excellence

  • Ensure all activities strictly adhere to company compliance policies, ethical standards, and local regulations

  • Partner with Medical, Legal, and Compliance to ensure high-quality, compliant communication and execution

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & COMPETENCIES

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Life Sciences,

  • MBA or advanced degree preferred

Experience

  • Minimum 4-6 years in pharmaceutical/vaccine marketing or related roles

  • Proven experience in HCP marketing, product/brand management, or product launches

  • Experience in Pediatric, vaccines, or specialty products is a strong advantage

  • Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional initiatives and driving business impact
