Job Purpose
Lead the Poultry Business Unit in Türkiye with full accountability for strategy, P&L, execution, and people. Drive sustainable growth by translating global and regional strategies into strong local execution while positioning the company as a trusted partner for poultry producers, integrators, and veterinarians.
Key Responsibilities
Own full Poultry BU P&L, including forecasting, pricing, margin optimization, and portfolio performance.
Translate global/regional poultry strategies into clear local plans with defined KPIs across broiler, layer, and breeder segments.
Lead go‑to‑market execution, key account strategy, and field force effectiveness across the poultry value chain.
Build strong, long‑term customer partnerships through science‑based, customer‑centric poultry health solutions.
Anticipate poultry health and biosecurity challenges and drive innovation and disciplined execution.
Develop and lead high‑performing, inclusive teams; ensure talent development, engagement, and succession planning.
Ensure operational excellence, digital enablement, and full compliance with company policies and local regulations.
Requirements
Degree in Veterinary Science, Poultry/Animal Science, or Business/Finance; postgraduate degree preferred.
Minimum 5 years of senior leadership experience with significant P&L responsibility in poultry health, poultry production, or animal health.
Strong understanding of integrated poultry production systems, biosecurity, vaccination strategies, and disease management.
Proven ability to lead multi‑layered teams in a matrix organization.
Strong leadership, strategic thinking, financial acumen, and customer orientation.
An established network within the Türkiye poultry industry is an advantage.
Willingness to travel approximately 30-40% within Türkiye and regionally
