What you will do?
- In this role, you will have the opportunity to learn and contribute across a variety of areas that will help you grow professionally:
- Technical Product Support - Learn our dairy technology solutions in depth, including product features, data interpretation, and practical applications on farm.
- On-Farm Technical Assistance - Join senior colleagues on farm visits and support customers in using technology effectively in their daily operations.
- Customer Technical Support - Respond to customer questions related to product use and functionality, using CRM tools and established support processes.
- Product Launches and Pilots - Support new product launches and pilot projects through installations, training, and structured feedback collection.
- Collaboration with Commercial Teams - Work with sales and customer success teams by providing technical input for customer discussions and solution support.
- Learning and Development - Take part in internal training programs, certifications, and knowledge-sharing activities to continuously develop your skills.
- Documentation and Feedback - Accurately record customer interactions and collect feedback to help improve our products and services.

- What we are looking for
- We welcome applications from candidates with a university degree in:
- Animal Science
- Zootechnics
- Agriculture
- Information Technology
- Or a related field
- An advanced degree or specialization is welcome but not required.
Experience and skills:
We encourage applications from candidates with up to 3 years of experience in a technical, agricultural, or customer-facing role, as well as from recent graduates ready to begin their careers.
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Basic understanding of dairy production systems, including reproduction, cow health, nutrition, and milk quality
- Strong motivation to learn and develop technical expertise
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team and follow structured processes
- Interest in digital solutions and monitoring technologies
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Willingness to travel, up to approximately 60% of working time
- Fluent Polish, written and spoken - required
- Good command of English, written and spoken - required
- Basic familiarity with CRM or similar tools is an advantage
