Job Title: Senior Manager/Associate Director
Location: Beijing
Report to: Executive Director, R&D China Innovation Collaboration Center
Position Objective
We are looking for a highly motivated individual with expertise in innovative asset evaluation and validation. This position is responsible for 1) generating knowledge graph/reports for therapeutic targets, disease mechanisms and needs; to link disease to indication to therapeutic target; 2) generating a variety of reports and presentations with concrete insights to support scientific assessment and due diligence on emerging technologies, innovations and assets; 3) generate insights for strategic research direction; 4) design experiments to validate critical data of innovative assets
Duties and Responsibilities
Key Requirement
Education and background: Ph.D. in Biology or M.D. in Medicine with basic science training
Work experience: 3-10 years of work experience in drug development, asset evaluation & validation, literature research or competitive intelligence of pharmaceutical R&D. Previous roles in drug development (small molecule preferred), biotech-focused consulting, biotech equity research, biotech investment analyst with experience in asset-level scientific diligence preferred.
