Job Description

A.Position Objective

Responsible for driving continuous business growth via developing product portfolio strategy and identifying strategic opportunities, and driving cross-functional collaboration for Pharma and Specialty Business Unit (PSBU)

B.Duties and Responsibilities

Perform data analysis and develop recurring dashboards to monitor BU performance and generate insights that support regional performance improvements. Support BU go-to-market strategy and build financial models to produce LROP forecasts. Support brand portfolio strategy and identify cross-brand business opportunities within the BU. Collaborate with internal and external cross-functional stakeholders to monitor overall BU performance, streamline management processes, standardize regular tracking, and strengthen improvement mechanisms across brands. Provide support for BU-level ad hoc projects and requests

C.Position Requirements

1 Education / Professional Certificate

Bachelor's degree (Master or MBA is plus)

2Working Experience

  • 5+ years working experience, experience in multinational pharma company is preferred
  • Functional experience with strategy, operations, or equivalent expertise areas

3Professional knowledge and skill

  • Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving capabilities, and business acumen
  • Excellent communication skills, data analytics, and professional proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel
  • Capable to collaborate with BU internal and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Capable to work in complicated environment and influence others to achieve results
  • Be agile and open-minded with high compliance mindset
  • Professional proficiency in Mandarin and English
