Position Overview:

The role will be responsible for developing and executing technical strategies to support the appointed animal health business (swine/ aqua/ companion animals/ poultry/ ruminant). It combines technical expertise with commercial acumen to deliver high-quality service to customers, support sales teams, and drive business growth.


What You Will Do:

  • Provide technical support and product knowledge to customers, distributors, and internal sales teams.
  • Develop and implement technical strategies that align with business goals and customer needs.
  • Conduct product presentations, training sessions, and on-site technical consultations.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
  • Monitor market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities to inform product positioning and strategy.
  • Assist in troubleshooting product-related issues and provide solutions based on scientific and practical knowledge.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including veterinarians, producers, and industry partners.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies in all technical communications.
  • Effectively manages financial aspects by utilizing assigned budgets and resources, monitoring expenses, and contributing to investment planning and profitability goals.

What you need to have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Advanced Veterinary Medicine Program, Veterinary Medicine, Animal Science, Aquaculture or related field.
  • Experience in technical sales in animal health industry (Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply)
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
