Interning as a Voice of the Customer (VoC) analyst you will:

You will be helping us to understand the needs and feedback of our internal customers by designing and conducting surveys and organizing events or workshops or using other VoC methods. You will also be analyzing collected data that will be used to create action plans to improve customer experience with IT. The ideal candidate should have experience designing and administering surveys, organizing events and focus groups, as well as experience analyzing and interpreting collected data. He or she will be skilled in both quantitative and qualitative data analysis and will be able to effectively communicate survey results to a variety of audiences. You will also help improve and automate internal team processes. 


What should you know / have:

  • English on high level (everyday use) 
  • Good communication and organization skills 
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 apps - especially Teams, Excel PowerPoint, SharePoint, Forms, Power Automate and PowerBI 
  • Experience with survey design, methodology, data analysis and interpretation  
  • Experience with event co-ordination and logistics 
  • Analytical thinking and a can-do attitude 
  • Curiosity and willingness to learn new things  

What will you do / learn:

  • Collect and analyze customer feedback through various channels such as surveys, events, interviews, workshops, etc. 
  • Identifying trends, patterns, and themes in customer feedback to uncover insights and opportunities for improvement. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to share customer insights and drive action. 
  • Help maintain customer feedback metrics and dashboards. 
  • Research and apply industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to customer experience and feedback analysis.  
  • Understand our internal customers and influence IT organizations to act upon the collected feedback to improve overall technology experience  
  • Use automation & technology tools to be productive in your workday
