Artificial Intelligence Acceleration Manager - M/W

Context :

As part of Puig’s transformation journey, AI will be a key driver of Consumer Centricity and business growth. Within the newly created Consumer x AI Acceleration Office, this role will contribute to building and scaling AI-powered capabilities across Brands and Markets. 

You will join a strategic, dynamic, and cross-functional team at the intersection of Consumer Intelligence, Activation, and AI Acceleration, working closely with Brands, Markets, Media, IT, and Data teams.

This newly formed team is focused on building a long-term, scalable capability at the intersection of Consumer and AI — moving from functional use cases to a structured, value-driven approach embedded into the organization. It offers a unique opportunity to work on high-impact topics, collaborate across functions, and contribute to shaping how Puig leverages AI to drive growth, innovation, and competitive advantage.

As an AI Acceleration Manager, you will play a key role in translating consumer, cultural, and market signals into actionable insights and scalable, AI-enabled solutions. You will help bridge Consumer Intelligence and Activation, ensuring that AI is effectively embedded into business processes and decision-making, and delivers measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities :

AI-Powered Consumer Intelligence
o    Leverage AI to translate consumer, cultural, and market signals into actionable insights 
o    Support development of AI-driven capabilities enhancing consumer understanding and engagement 
o    Bridge Consumer Intelligence and Activation by enabling data-driven decision-making across domains 
o    Contribute to next-generation consumer intelligence and activation (e.g. AI-assisted journeys, emerging touchpoints) 
o    Ensure alignment with evolving consumer and market needs

AI Solutions & Value Delivery
o    Identify and structure high-impact opportunities to leverage AI across brands and markets 
o    Translate business challenges into actionable solutions and drive their implementation end-to-end 
o    Ensure initiatives are aligned with business priorities and deliver measurable outcomes

 

AI Integration & Business Enablement 
o    Embed AI capabilities into key business processes (media, digital, marketing, retail, and consumer experience)
o    Support the design of scalable solutions that can be deployed across multiple brands and markets 
o    Ensure seamless integration with existing tools, platforms, and ways of working 

 

Cross-Functional Collaboration
o    Partner closely with Brands, Markets, Media, CRM, IT, and Data teams to ensure alignment and adoption 
o    Act as a bridge between business teams and technical stakeholders 
o    Collaborate with external partners and ecosystem players to bring innovative solutions to the organization

 

Performance Tracking & Scaling
o    Monitor performance and impact of initiatives using defined KPIs 
o    Identify opportunities to scale successful solutions across brands and markets 
o    Drive continuous improvement and optimization of deployed solutions

Profile :

Experience & Background
o    7–8+ years of experience in digital transformation, consulting, innovation, product management, or related fields 
o    Experience working on cross-functional, business-driven initiatives (Marketing, Digital, CRM, Retail, etc.) 
o    Exposure to data-driven or AI-enabled use cases in a business context 
o    Master’s Degree in a relevant field (Business, Strategic Leadership or related disciplines)

 

Skills & Capabilities
o    Strong ability to translate business needs into scalable solutions 
o    Experience with digital ecosystems (CRM, e-commerce, media, or similar) 
o    Understanding of AI tools and emerging technologies in business environments 
o    Strong project and stakeholder management skills 
o    Ability to operate in a fast-paced, evolving environment 
o    Strong ability to align AI initiatives with broader organizational strategy and drive measurable business impact

Languages
o    Fluency in English mandatory
