We are looking for a Digital Experience Manager to orchestrate the evolution of our digital ecosystem, ensuring that every interaction with our brand is premium, seamless, and high performing. You will bring together design, data, and technology to deliver measurable impact across all touchpoints.
Lead and grow a cross-functional team (UX, Product Ownership, QA, Analytics)
Own and prioritize the digital experience roadmap from concept to launch
Deliver UX/UI improvements that elevate navigation, content, and brand storytelling
Oversee requirements, testing, and post-launch optimization
Drive CRO, A/B testing, and analytics to boost engagement and conversion
Collaborate with IT, e-commerce, CRM, and agencies to ensure technical excellence
Implement digital innovation including personalization, AI features, and new modules
Promote data-driven decisions and operational rigor across digital projects
A strategic, hands-on leader with strong ownership, curiosity, and attention to detail. You thrive in cross-functional environments and consistently elevate the digital experience.
What you bring
7+ years in digital product, UX, or e-commerce roles
Proven UX/UI leadership and performance optimization expertise
Experience deploying AI and personalization in digital journeys
Strong stakeholder and vendor management capabilities
Luxury, beauty, or fashion experience preferred
Fluent in English (Spanish a plus)
