The Corporate Affairs Manager will play a key role supporting and executing the company's corporate communications and corporate affairs agenda across a broad range of workstreams. This position is ideal for a well-rounded communications professional who thrives in complex, fast-moving environments and is comfortable shifting between strategic and executional work across a varied and evolving portfolio. The role offers significant scope to grow and shape its own focus over time.

Tus retos

  • Support the preparation and execution of corporate communications materials across financial, institutional, and reputational workstreams, contributing to stakeholder briefings, external narrative, and crisis-preparedness activities.
  • Contribute to the project management of cultural and thought leadership initiatives — including institutional and academic partnerships built around Creativity — coordinating with external partners and tracking the direct and indirect impact achieved.
  • Support other CSR initiatives, contributing to the documentation, narrative, communications, and analysis of the company's community and cultural initiatives.
  • Support in the production of visual and editorial assets across the department — presentations, reports, and communications materials — bringing an eye for quality and coherence to how the function presents itself.
  • Contribute to digital communications, including content management and support for the evolution of the department's digital presence.
  • Work closely with the broader Corporate Communications team on transversal projects when required, including institutional events, multimedia assets, and internal communications activations.

Nos encantaría conocerte si tienes

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Business Administration, Political Science, or a related field.
  • 4–6 years of experience in corporate communications, public affairs, or a related environment, ideally within a listed company, consultancy, or institutional setting.
  • Broad communications profile, with the ability to move comfortably across corporate, creative, and digital workstreams.
  • A genuine interest in culture, ideas, and social impact, and the ability to bring that sensibility to the department's agenda.
  • An eye for visual quality and experience producing professional-grade presentations and editorial materials.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously, autonomously and to deadline.
  • Comfort operating in digital environments, including content management systems, virtual event platforms, and collaborative tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Spanish and English; additional languages are a plus.
  • A proactive mindset, sound judgment, and the ambition to grow into broader responsibility over time.
  • High level of discretion and the ability to navigate a complex organizational environment with confidence
