The Opportunity

Location: Barcelona

1 year contract

In the lifestyle HQ department, we are looking for a Graduate Product Manager for a group pf brands, like Springfield, Agua Brava, V&L and other lifestyle fragrances. The graduate will assist the teams in the development of the future marketing plans for the brand. His/her role would be also to focus on promo development for the new projects.

What you'll get to do

• Participate in ideating concepts for new launches/animations (moodboards, concept research, names, packaging ideas, design etc.)
• Elaboration of briefs for service providers, production companies and external creative teams.
• Lead Promotional calendar and its product development projects
• Guarantee deadlines and project planning.

• Coordination with the different internal departments (CNP, OT, PURCHASE…) for the perfect execution of your projects.

• Support the teams during all steps of innovation development & coordinate the development of all support materials to guarantee successful launch along with internal teams (communication, PR, digital, POS, training materials, activation)
• Creation of Marketing presentations for the business meetings.
• Analysis and follow up of stocks, delisting, prices and costs, together with other operational tasks.

We are looking for a passionate candidate, with strong communication skills, both in Spanish and English, a special sensibility and aesthetical taste, mixed with analytical and organizational skills.

• Experience: first experience in a similar position (as Intern/Apprentice included)
• Education: University Degree or Master in Business School, specialization in Marketing or design.
• Languages: Spanish & English mandatory
