The Opportunity

The Regional Media Manager – LATAM will be responsible for developing and executing regional media strategies that maximize brand visibility, engagement and conversion across the region. This role requires a forward-thinking professional who can balance global brand guidelines with local market dynamics, ensuring optimal allocation of media investments across digital and traditional channels.

What you'll get to do

  • Media Strategy & Planning
    • Design and implement regional media strategies aligned with global objectives and local market needs.
    • Accelerate the transition from traditional media to digital-first approaches, focusing on digital, social media, programmatic buying, and performance marketing.

  • Budget Management
    • Manage and optimize a significant media budget, ensuring ROI and efficiency across channels.
    • Monitor spend allocation between digital and traditional media, prioritizing high-impact platforms.
  • Performance & Analytics
    • Define KPIs and measure campaign effectiveness using up-to-date analytics tools.
    • Provide actionable insights to improve media performance and inform future strategies to both local markets and global brand teams.

  • Agency & Partner Management
    • Lead relationships with media agencies, vendors and digital platforms.
    • Negotiate contracts and ensure compliance with brand standards and regional regulations.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Work closely with marketing, e-commerce, and PR teams to ensure integrated campaigns.
    • Align with global media teams to share best practices and leverage synergies.

We'd love to meet you if you have

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field; MBA is a plus.
  • 10+ years of experience in media planning and buying, preferably in luxury or premium brands and/or global media agencies.
  • Strong expertise in digital media, social platforms, influencer marketing, and programmatic advertising.
  • Proven ability to manage large budgets and deliver measurable results.
  • Excellent negotiation, analytical, and project management skills.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish or Portuguese; additional languages are a plus.
