Training Coordinator

The Opportunity

Responsible to develop and execute the Annual Education Plan - On line/ On site classes in regional network of doors/counters, for BAs and/or BCs populations to achieve sales targets. Ensure retail excellence and enhance house values.

  • Counter Animations & rules
• Develop High Performance Teams creating and delivering tools needed.
• Participate and contribute to the animations and events to success with fragrances and beauty teams.
• Follow-up to the training sessions to determine action plans and next steps to improve storytelling & sales skills with people.
• Organize training events aligned with HQ guidelines and market: Schedule, deco, catering, shipment of material, invitations, report and evaluation.

We´d love to meet you if you have...

• At least 3 years of experience at POS in Fragrance, Skincare & Makeup Axes.
• Previous experience as a Brand Ambassador / Sales consultant / sales representative / counter manager.
• Previous experience as a Team Coordinator and Facilitator or Field Coach.
• Ability to perform training sessions and field coaching sessions with an elevated level of service orientation to the yearly education strategy and priorities.

• English: Conversational skills.
