Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

• AI Research
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest AI research and technologies, and identify
  opportunities to apply them to our products.
  • Conduct literature reviews and research to gain insights into state-of-the-art AI
  models and techniques.
  • Collaborate with senior AI Engineers to brainstorm, test and propose innovative AI
  solutions.
• Prompt Engineering & Custom GPT Development
  • Design, test, and optimize prompts for Large Language Models (LLMs) to improve
  conversational interactions and user experience.
  • Develop Custom GPTs tailored to domain-specific needs, including prompt libraries,
  guardrails, and integrations with enterprise knowledge.
  • Conduct A/B testing, user studies, and performance evaluations to refine and
  optimize prompt strategies.
  • Establish and document best practices for prompt engineering across teams.
• AI Agent Development
  • Support the design and development of AI Agents that can autonomously plan,
  reason, and act across multi-step workflows.
  • Build and integrate APIs and tools for enabling GPT-based agents to interact with
  enterprise systems and third-party applications.
  • Implement monitoring and feedback loops to ensure safe, reliable, and compliant
  execution of agentic AI workflows.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align agent behavior with business processes,
  compliance, and responsible AI practices.

Skills & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, AI, or a related field.
• 3+ years of overall software/AI development experience, with at least 1-2 years in Generative AI/LLMs
• Good knowledge of AI concepts and understanding of general use cases.
• Experience with Generative AI, Prompt Engineering, and Custom GPT development.
• Exposure to AI Agent development or related frameworks is a strong plus.
• Experience with software development and testing.
• Proficiency in programming languages (Python, Java, etc).
• Experience with SQL and/or NoSQL databases, Graph databases.
• Experience working in Media & Entertainment industry is a strong plus.
• Self-directed, ability to work independently and research innovative solutions to
  technical and business problems.
