About the role
We are seeking a Talent Attraction Specialist (Netherlands) to support hiring across the Dutch market and European locations. This role requires strong expertise in end‑to‑end recruitment, direct sourcing and close partnership with hiring managers in a complex, multinational environment.
You will be part of a global Talent Attraction team and will work closely with local HR and business stakeholders in the Netherlands. Operating in a competitive talent market, the role calls for a structured, pragmatic and consultative approach to recruitment, ensuring high‑quality outcomes and a consistent candidate experience.
As a Talent Attraction Specialist, you will play a key role in delivering the Company's People Strategy locally, while aligning with global standards and processes.
