The Peninsula London is pleased to announce that we are seeking an F&B Reservations Executive who will report to the F&B Leadership Team. This role will oversee all F&B Reservations operations, ensuring seamless guest experience, optimal table inventory management and maximum revenue generation. This role will drive strategic reservation practices, enhancing guests personalization whilst aligning with The Peninsula Principles.

Key Accountabilities
- Lead and manage the F&B Reservations function, ensuring exceptional service standards, operational efficiency, and full alignment with brand expectations
- Develop and execute strategic reservation and table management practices to maximize covers, optimize seating, and drive revenue across all F&B outlets
- Analyze reservation trends, guest behaviors, and no-show/cancellation patterns to implement effective revenue optimization and protection strategies
- Drive guest profile enrichment and pre-arrival engagement, ensuring a highly personalized, anticipatory service approach in line with luxury hospitality standards
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hotel concierges and external luxury concierge networks to maximize F&B covers and attract high-value guests in line with target guest profiles
General Requirements
- Experience with customer service techniques and reservation within a similar work environment
- High proficiency in relevant computer software applications especially Hotel systems, Microsoft Office, or any F&B systems
- Passion and appreciation of quality luxury hotel service with exceptional communication skills
- Excellent time management and organization, highly adaptable, naturally positive
- Flexibility and capability of working under pressure
