Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales of IC consumables products in assigned territory/accounts to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including end users, lab managers, purchasing, and other decision makers.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand consumables penetration in existing installed base.
  • Work closely with instrument sales, service, application, and marketing teams to generate leads and maximize cross-selling opportunities.
  • Manage sales funnel effectively, including opportunity identification, quotation, negotiation, and closure.
  • Provide timely sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and market intelligence to management.
  • Support customer retention and recurring business through proactive account follow-up and demand planning.
  • Collaborate with channel partners and internal stakeholders to improve coverage and customer experience.
  • Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer needs, and translate them into actionable sales plans.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing strategy, and commercial processes.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Chemical Engineering, or related disciplines.
  • At least 3 years of sales experience in analytical instruments, consumables, or related laboratory products.
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing customer accounts.
  • Good understanding of chromatography, analytical workflow, or laboratory operations is preferred.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, customer-focused, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good command of both written and spoken Chinese and English.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office applications.
