Key Responsibilities
- Formulates Transfections Reagents.
- Monitors raw material inventory, orders raw materials in a timely manner.
- Maintains equipment, records malfunctions in system on time.
- Appropriately and timely fills out, updates, and prepares technological documentation.
- Ensures that products are manufactured on time and data is entered into system.
- Collaborates with colleagues of Research and Developement (RnD) department in developing new and improving existing product technologies.
- Participates in production process validations as needed.
- Immediately informs the direct supervisor and/or senior specialist about any non-standard situations related to direct functions.
- Provides suggestions and ideas related to the improvement of related functions and department activities.
Experience and Qualifications
- Higher university education (biochemistry/chemistry/ biotechnology).
- Good English language skills.
- Computer literacy (MS Office).
- At least one year of work experience in a chemistry laboratory: synthesis processes, chromatographic purification.
- Skills in working with inventory management systems (e.g., E1) (advantage).
- Knowledge of working with hazardous chemicals.
- Knowledge of principles and rules of working and behaving in a controlled environment (advantage).
Salary
1983–2970 gross/month
The final offer will depend on the candidate’s experience, skills, and competencies.

Compensation
The monthly salary range estimated for this position based in Lithuania is €1 983,33–€2 970,83.
