Job Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Provide credible desktop support for hardware, software, and network issues to ensure detailed operation.
- Collaborate with IT teams worldwide to implement established strategies and standard methodologies.
- Maintain and update IT documentation and support records closely to company standards.
- Assist in the setup, configuration, and maintenance of IT equipment, ensuring all systems are running efficiently.
- Provide mentorship and support to users on IT tools and systems to improve efficiency.
- Supervise and lead IT resources to prevent potential problems and minimize downtime.
- Participate in the development and execution of IT projects, giving to the continuous improvement of our technology infrastructure.
Job Requirements
- Demonstrable experience as a Desktop Services Technician or in a similar role, with an outstanding track record.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field or equivalent experience.
- Solid understanding of Windows, Mac OS, and popular software applications.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under stress in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering outstanding customer service.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
