Job Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Provide credible desktop support for hardware, software, and network issues to ensure detailed operation.
  • Collaborate with IT teams worldwide to implement established strategies and standard methodologies.
  • Maintain and update IT documentation and support records closely to company standards.
  • Assist in the setup, configuration, and maintenance of IT equipment, ensuring all systems are running efficiently.
  • Provide mentorship and support to users on IT tools and systems to improve efficiency.
  • Supervise and lead IT resources to prevent potential problems and minimize downtime.
  • Participate in the development and execution of IT projects, giving to the continuous improvement of our technology infrastructure.

Job Requirements

  • Demonstrable experience as a Desktop Services Technician or in a similar role, with an outstanding track record.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Solid understanding of Windows, Mac OS, and popular software applications.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under stress in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
