Job Overview

We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst to drive data quality, analytics, and digital transformation initiatives across quality and production processes.

In this role, you will analyze complex datasets related to key performance indicators such as customer complaints, nonconformances, and cost of poor quality, transforming them into actionable insights, reports, and forecasts that support data-driven decision-making.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify trends, determine root causes, and improve processes, while ensuring high standards of data integrity and operational excellence.

You will also play a key role in advancing digital innovation by integrating advanced analytics, automation, and AI-powered tools into daily operations, helping modernize reporting, improve efficiency, and scale data solutions across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability of quality and production data
  • Analyze performance indicators (e.g., customer complaints, nonconformances, cost of poor quality)
  • Generate insights, reports, and forecasts to support decision-making
  • Identify trends and perform root cause analysis to drive process improvements
  • Maintain product master data and ensure data integrity
  • Standardize and improve data management and reporting processes
  • Develop and enhance dashboards and reporting solutions (e.g., Power BI)
  • Apply automation and AI tools to improve efficiency and scalability
  • Collaborate with cross-functional and international teams

Experience and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in data analytics, information technology, or a related field
  • Preferred fields: econometrics, mathematics, statistics, or information technology
  • Experience working with data analysis, reporting, or analytics projects

Skills and Competencies

  • Strong proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., MS Excel, Power BI; Cognos is an advantage)
  • Experience working with AI tools and technologies
  • Strong analytical and logical thinking skills
  • Advanced problem-solving and root cause analysis capabilities
  • Very good project management skills
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams
  • High attention to detail combined with business understanding
  • Strong interpersonal skills in an international environment
  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken)

Salary

€2625–€3937 gross/month

The final offer will depend on the candidate’s experience, skills, and competencies.

Compensation

The monthly salary range estimated for this position based in Lithuania is €2 625,00–€3 937,50.
