How you will make an impact:
Seeking a Senior Analyst who will be a part of Divisional finance team to support the delivery of our near and long-term financial objectives. The scope of responsibilities includes all FP&A planning, analysis & reporting to complete financial goals and initiatives to support a growing organization.
Responsibilities:
Review BU P&L scorecard, analyze gross margin and tracking SG&A spending, communicate with global BU on China financial performance
Forecasting order needs for book to burn and future quarter outlooks, Drive forecast accuracy and risk mitigation
Work with cross function to set up pricing strategy, drive actions through market insight, and margin trade-offs
Prepare and build assumptions for annual operating plan
Perform special projects such as internal process improvement and ad-hoc financial reporting as required
Minimum Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in financial planning & analysis for manufacturing and commercial operations within a large multinational company
Demonstrated history of driving businesses to improve processes and performance
Effective verbal and written communication skills in English & Chinese
Power user of Microsoft Excel, strongly prefer skills and knowledge in digital tools such as Power BI, Power Query, VBA etc
CPA/ACCA/CMA certification is preferred
Hyperion Enterprise and ERP system (e.g. SAP) experience preferred.
