Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the growth strategy for LCQQQ business across China.
  • Drive pipeline creation through close collaboration with commercial teams, marketing, business units, and regional sales organizations.
  • Identify, prioritize, and support high-value opportunities to accelerate pipeline conversion and improve order closure.
  • Partner with regional sales teams to strengthen opportunity qualification, account planning, and deal execution discipline.
  • Provide hands-on coaching to sales and technical teams on customer application needs, product positioning, objection handling, and competitive strategy.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree or below in Chemistry, Life Sciences, Analytical Science, Pharmacy, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in technical sales, application support, product specialist, or sales management roles within analytical instruments or related industries.
  • Strong knowledge of LCMS, triple quadrupole, and analytical workflow applications, with LCQQQ-related experience strongly preferred.
  • Good commercial acumen with the ability to balance technical solution selling and business impact.
  • Demonstrated capability in coaching, influencing, and leading cross-regional teams without direct authority.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in pipeline management and forecasting.
  • Willingness to travel as business needs require.
