Timberland EMEA is looking for an exceptional Key Accounts Manager to join our TBL EMEA Strategic Accounts team based in Stabio, Switzerland.

Let's Talk about the Role
The Key Accounts Manager will be responsible for the back end of the commercial process ensuring efficiency, precision, and timely execution, enabling the results for the brand.
How You Will Make a Difference
This role includes a wide range of fundamental tasks for the success of the team, including but not limited to:
Drive profitable sales growth through effective management and leadership of Distributor partners through understanding of Distributor markets and individual businesses, product trends, retail environment, commercial conditions, pricing, competitor brands, etc.
Execute and develop Distributor expansion in line with the plan, adding additional business opportunities and/or consolidating territories
Drive Partnership Store development in key markets by coordinating communications between Distributor & Construction team
Evaluate existing Distributor performance for consistency with brand's mission and secure long-term commitment & contribution to the brand success.
Determine and track Distributor sales targets in accordance with EMEA annual/ seasonal growth plans and contractual agreements
Providing regular updates on Account Plans, Distribution Mapping and Sell-Through Data of Distributor businesses
Support channel Gross to Net monthly tracking with insight on cancellation and prebook conversion. Identifying risks and opportunities
Coordinate tracker calls with customer service to ensure shipment and delivery plan in alignment with monthly targets.
Share and collect product forecasts with partners. Analise forecasts across all distributors and provide insight on product performance in alignment with the brand strategy
Analise orderbook conversion and check on time performance across the channel
Prebook analysis after order entry of partner from product point of view, category, and product mix, providing business insight with summary and commentary
Order uploads and prebook checks on minimum quantities across the channel
Skills for Success
Ideally, 2+ year of experience in a similar role
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
Excellent attention to detail, the ability to interpret data and concisely convey key messages.
Fluent in English (both written and spoken). Basic fluency in an additional European language would be a plus.
Well-organized and responsible with great skills in problem-solving and a proactive thinking.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Be a team player with high level of dedication.
Ability to meet deadlines and prioritise workload accordingly.
