As a Location Independent Worker, for operational reasons you may be required to perform your duties, either temporarily or permanently, from any of our offices or customer sites within a reasonable geographic area of your home address. Our "Office in a Box" home working kit will provide you with everything you need, no matter where you are.

What you'll do

As our Presales Operations Senior Manager, you'll play a central role in nurturing how our Presales teams thrive and deliver their best work. You'll create clarity, bring people together, and help shape an environment where collaboration, consistency, and innovation can flourish. By strengthening processes, enhancing tools, and enabling meaningful insights, you'll empower teams to deliver exceptional technical solutions and create a seamless experience for our customers.

  • You'll guide performance reporting and KPI tracking, turning data into thoughtful, actionable insights that support confident decision-making
  • You'll continuously enhance tools, systems, and workflows-creating smoother, more intuitive ways of working that align with Vodafone standards
  • You'll support strong and consistent bid governance, helping ensure quality, compliance, and a positive, reliable experience across opportunities
  • You'll champion onboarding and learning journeys, helping colleagues feel supported, confident, and set up for success
  • You'll care for documentation and knowledge sharing, ensuring information is clear, accessible, and empowering for everyone
  • You'll act as a trusted point of support during challenges, working collaboratively to resolve issues and keep stakeholders informed and reassured

Who you are

  • You bring experience from presales, bid management, technical sales, or sales operations, with an appreciation for how teams collaborate to succeed
  • You're naturally organised and thoughtful, with a passion for improving processes in a way that supports people as well as outcomes
  • You're comfortable working with data and enjoy turning it into meaningful insights that guide positive change
  • You build strong, trusting relationships and communicate with warmth and clarity across a wide range of stakeholders
  • You're skilled at bringing simplicity to complexity and creating approaches that are easy to follow and replicate
  • You have experience with tools, reporting systems, or workflow platforms, and enjoy making them more user-friendly and effective
  • You're a collaborative partner who enjoys influencing and supporting others, even without formal authority
  • You have a strong attention to detail and take pride in delivering work that is consistent, high-quality, and reliable
  • You hold (or are working towards) a degree in Business Management, Computer Science, IT, or a related field-or bring equivalent experience
  • You've worked in roles such as sales operations, presales operations, or programme management, and are familiar with governance, CRM tools, or resource planning systems
