Location: Field + Scotland.This role requires you to be in a commutable distance in and around Scotland.
Salary: Excellent basic salary plus bonus and Vodafone benefits
Working hours: Full time 37.5 hours per week - Monday to Friday + On-call / 1 in 4 Rota

Join our Vodafone Business Technology Solutions team, where we support businesses of all sizes with world-class technology solutions. We design and develop our Fixed Line solutions, drive efficiency through automation and AI, and implement it all directly with our customers.

What you'll do 

Join our Vodafone Business Technology Solutions team as a Project Engineer and play a vital role in delivering cutting-edge telecoms projects across Scotland.

In this hands-on role, you'll work at the heart of the Scottish Power Energy Networks (SPEN) account-helping to deliver and maintain critical telecoms infrastructure that keeps communities and businesses connected. From installation and commissioning through to ongoing network support, your work will have real impact.

You'll collaborate with a wide range of teams, including field engineers,senior project engineers and project managers aligned to the SPEN account, giving you exposure to varied technologies and projects. You'll also have the opportunity to represent Vodafone in customer meetings, contribute to solving critical network issues and ensure high-quality delivery through excellent documentation and attention to detail.

This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your technical expertise in a fast-paced environment, with the chance to work on complex and meaningful projects across Scotland.

Please note, this role involves regular travel across Scotland and occasional nights away from home, so a full UK driving licence is essential.

Who you are  

• Experience in maintaining monitoring and troubleshooting a network and systems 
• Experience of working with IP, MPLS, SDH, PDH technologies 
• Nokia S AR-H, Nokia N MF-P 
• Excellent knowledge of routing switching and data networking 
• Able to liaise with senior stakeholders and communicate at a high level.
• Full clean UK Driving license
