P&C Advisor – India (Streaming Tech)

Discovery is seeking a People & Culture (P&C) Advisor to support our Streaming Tech organization in India. This role will play a critical part in enabling seamless execution of employee lifecycle processes, driving engagement initiatives, and leveraging data & analytics to support business decision-making.
The P&C Advisor will partner closely with P&C Partners and Centers of Excellence (COEs) to deliver a high-quality employee experience across Bangalore, Hyderabad, and Pune, while ensuring operational excellence in a fast-paced, global, matrixed environment.
