Internal Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of Hogarth’s business model, services, and technology.

• Ensure complete awareness of contractual obligations, commercial arrangements, and SLAs for your accounts, and make sure the wider team understands relevant details.

• Maintain optimum productivity levels and high team morale.

• Continuously review team structure and resource allocation to ensure clients are serviced appropriately while maintaining profitability.

• Establish and maintain succession plans for the Client Servicing team and coordinate with other department heads as needed.

• Coach, mentor, and develop team members to achieve their Personal Development Plans, including performance management and training

Manage internal administration, including leave, sick days, and timesheet accuracy for all direct reports.

• Ensure relevant case studies are created and knowledge is shared across teams to optimize workflow and cross-functional collaboration.

Client Management Responsibilities

• Develop and nurture long-term strategic partnerships with key clients, positioning the agency as a trusted advisor and integral part of their growth strategy.

• Lead initiatives to introduce innovative digital solutions and services, keeping the agency at the forefront of industry trends and client needs.

• Ensure clients understand and follow agreed workflows, and guide them through the process.

• Set and manage client expectations regarding deliverables and timelines.

• Escalate significant client issues to your line manager promptly and recommend solutions wherever possible.

• Identify opportunities to improve workflows and processes for the benefit of both Hogarth and the client.

• Build and maintain strong day-to-day relationships with clients and agency stakeholders.

• Continuously strive to enhance client and stakeholder relationships.

• Identify and provide training opportunities for clients to improve adherence to processes and optimize workflow.

Financial Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate cost estimates based on contracted rates and obtain approvals from your manager.

• Contribute to account profitability, budgeting, and forecasting processes.

New Business & Growth Responsibilities

• Actively identify new revenue and business growth opportunities within existing clients and prospects.

• Lead and support the development of proposals for new business opportunities.

• Build and maintain client relationships to drive ongoing growth and expansion.

• Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling pitches and innovative solutions that position Hogarth as a strategic partner.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience managing and servicing international accounts, preferably in a digital advertising or agency environment.

• Proven ability to lead and manage a dynamic account team, including resource planning and performance management.

• Strong client focus, interpersonal, and communication skills.

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to perform effectively under pressure

• Demonstrated experience in identifying and driving new business growth.

• Strategic thinking with the ability to identify opportunities for workflow improvement, process optimization, and business growth.

• Positive, can-do attitude with a track record of delivering high-quality results.
