O que essa posição faz na WPP Production?

A Pessoa Content Manager desempenha um papel vital no sucesso das atividades ao lado da Equipe de Gestão de Conteúdo, fornecendo um gerenciamento impecável do conteúdo dentro do CMS, enquanto interage com clientes e a equipe interna e desenvolve novas habilidades.

Áreas Chave de Responsabilidade

• Realizar upload de conteúdo no CMS de acordo com as solicitações de clientes globais.
• Atualizar, adicionar, remover e encontrar conteúdo dentro da plataforma.
• Realizar construção de sites (construção de páginas de destino).
• Organizar arquivos (imagens, planilhas Excel, PSDs, PDFs).
• Participar de treinamentos e documentação de CMS.
• Interagir através de ferramentas Ágeis, como JIRA e Workfront.
• Compartilhar conhecimento de CMS com a equipe.

Linhas de Relatório e Principais Partes Interessadas

Este cargo reporta ao Líder de Gestão de Conteúdo no Brasil. Você trabalhará próximo às equipes de Estratégia de Conteúdo, Gerenciamento de Projetos e Tecnologia.

Requisitos

Habilidades Técnicas

• Nível Avançado de Inglês.
• Experiência anterior com CMS, como Drupal, AEM, Sitecore, Umbraco ou WordPress.
• Conhecimento em Microsoft Office e Adobe.
• Desempenho em metodologias ágeis: Scrum/Kanban.
• Conhecimento de métodos de organização e planejamento, bem como ferramentas como Jira.
• Familiaridade com HTML.
• Familiaridade com SEO.
