What does an Experience Associate do at WPP Production?

The Experience Associate at WPP Production serves as one of the key faces of the company. This role works closely with internal and external teams to meet—and anticipate—the needs of our staff, clients, and guests. The ideal candidate is proactive, upbeat, customer-experience-focused, and has an interest in production.

 Key Responsibilities

  • Greet clients and visitors, serving as a welcoming and friendly first point of contact
  • Coordinate food and beverage service for edit sessions, client meetings, and staff meetings
  • Maintain and stock kitchens, including shopping for and ordering supplies as needed
  • Place and pick up food orders
  • Keep common areas tidy, welcoming, and presentable
  • Set up and break down office events, including company-wide meetings and happy hours
  • Ensure kitchens, edit suites, and conference rooms are consistently stocked, clean, and in working order
  • Receive, sort, and distribute packages and mail in a timely and organized manner
  • Provide administrative support to the team and manage day-to-day office needs

Requirements

  • Experience in a professional setting in customer service, hospitality, retail, reception, or catering
  • Event coordination experience is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proactive and self-motivated
  • Able to take direction well
  • Comfortable interacting with a variety of stakeholders
  • Flexible to come in early or stay late on occasion, as needed

The hourly pay for this position at the time of this posting may range from $16.83 to $36.06. Individual compensation varies based on job related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications.
