Responsibilities
- Act as the senior, strategic point of contact for global clients, building trusted partnerships and driving long-term growth.
- Own and grow client relationships across markets, working closely with OpenX and WPP agency teams.
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of global production and adaptation programs, ensuring quality, efficiency, and consistency across channels.
- Understand client business needs and translate them into clear production strategies and scalable solutions.
- Oversee scope, timelines, budgets, and revenue forecasting, ensuring commercial and operational excellence.
- Coordinate cross-functional and cross-agency teams to deliver complex, multichannel work at scale.
- Identify opportunities for organic growth and production transformation, including AI-enabled and automated workflows.
- Proactively manage risks, expectations, and escalations, ensuring high client satisfaction.
Requirements
- Proven experience leading global client relationships in a complex, multi-agency or production environment.
- Strong operational background in production, adaptation, or integrated marketing.
- Experience working with senior and executive-level client stakeholders.
- Commercially minded, with solid experience managing budgets, scopes, and forecasts.
- Comfortable leading distributed, cross-functional teams across multiple markets.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
- Understanding of modern production models, including personalised content and AI-enabled workflows.
- Calm under pressure, detail-oriented, and quality-focused.
