The team’s expertise spans medical, life insurance, voluntary benefits, pharmacy, absence and disability management, actuarial consulting, claims audits and more. We combine technical knowledge and data-driven insights with global reach to help our clients navigate the evolving benefits landscape. On this three to six-month internship, you’ll do more than just experience our work – you’ll help deliver it.

While not essential, familiarity with design tools like Adobe Creative, and/or experience in creating marketing assets for service-based or intangible products, especially those requiring strong narrative or value‑proposition storytelling, would also be advantageous.
Workstyles:
We’re open to hybrid working for this role. This means blending working at home with at least one day a week in the office, learning from experienced colleagues and getting to know your fellow interns. Your time in the office will also include attending meetings and undertaking scheduled training.
