Project Coordinator Creatives

Description

The Creatives Project Coordinator supports the coordination and delivery of creative projects by applying established procedures, moderately advanced coordination skills, and a solid understanding of creative operations. The role contributes to project execution, tracking, and documentation, supporting creative teams and stakeholders to achieve agreed outcomes efficiently and accurately.

This role operates with guidance and established processes, executes assigned responsibilities independently, and contributes to team objectives through reliable delivery and effective collaboration.

Self-starter who thrives in a highly collaborative team setup. Highly values efficiency, quality and timeliness and is comfortable to work on mid-shift or night shift.

The Role

 

• Scope and assess creative projects by defining objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource needs in collaboration with creative and business stakeholders.

• Effectively coordinate assigned creative projects or components of projects by applying established project coordination procedures and workflows. 

• Track timelines, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and within agreed timeframes. 

• Maintain project documentation, trackers, and files to support transparency, auditability, and team efficiency. 

• Prepare and maintain creative briefs, schedules, and status updates using standard templates and tools. 

• Liaise with designers, writers, production teams, and project stakeholders to ensure clear communication and task handoffs. 

• Use sound judgment and experience to resolve routine project or operational issues.

• Escalate more complex concerns as needed. 

• Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for incremental enhancements to project coordination processes under guidance. 

• Support team objectives by executing simple to complex assigned tasks with efficiency, accuracy, and attention to detail.

• Exemplifies dependability to support daily operations to ensure successful creative project delivery.

 

Qualifications

The Requirement

• 2 to 4 years of experience coordinating and supervising the end-to-end production of diverse types of creative materials, preferably in a corporate working environment with a high volume of projects.
• Solid understanding of creative project coordination procedures, tools, and workflows. 
• Ability to manage assigned tasks independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment. 
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to maintain positive working relationships and ensure task completion.
• Experience working with project tracking tools and creative documentation standards.
• Possesses a practical knowledge of the fundamentals of visual design and multimedia design applications, including dynamics of the digital space
• Exceptional skills in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
