Free Resource: Support LGBTQ+ people on Coming Out Day

In honor of National Coming Out Day, we’re calling for LGBTQ+ people and allies to the LGBTQ+ community to participate with us on social media to elevate and support the LGBTQ+ community in the workplace.

According to our recent study, only 13.7% of LGBTQ+ professionals felt they could completely be their authentic selves ‘in society in general’. Although this rose to 32.6% when considering the workplace, more efforts need to be made by employers to support employee mental health and to ensure everyone can be themselves at work.
